CDW

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an option that relieve you of financial responsibility if the rental car is damaged.


TP

Thief Protection (TP) is an option that relieve you of financial responsibility if the rental car is totally damaged or stolen.


PAI

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), an option to protect you and your passengers with insurance and medical coverage, in case of an accident or worse.


ALI

Additional Liability Insurance (ALI) protects you and all authorized drivers against third-party bodily injury claim.


PEP
Windscreen & Tyre Protection (PEP) waves your financial responsibility on broken windscreen, glass lights and tires.

RENTAL TERMS | SELF-DRIVE TERMS FOR DAILY, WEEKLY RENTAL

Required Document

  1.     Copy of valid visa and passport

  2.     Copy of local driver license with International driver license 1949.

  3.     Pre-authorization fee base on car group.

One Way Rental

One way rental refers to picking-up and dropping-off at different province. Additional fee USD 200.00 will be add to the rental fee for one way rental booking. If this amount would not show in the online booking process, this would appear as counter product.

During service hour, renter with MLA (meet late arrival) after 1 hour of arrival time shall re-check the car availability with nearest rental station. Reservations with flight number (mandatory) must be made in advance.

Additional Driver

Additional drivers must meet the same requirement as the main driver. Requirement: driver must hold a valid passport and visa to Cambodia, and Cambodian driving license.

Fees

  1. All coverage, packages and additional benefits & accessories are subject to be extra charge

  2. Delivery/collection requested different from booking locations is subject to extra charge and service available to be advised by our rental agent.

Payment

  1.     Prepaid is available on request. Prepaid can be by cash, cheque, or credit card at rental counter.

  2.     For prepaid via bank transfer, hirer shall show a bank slip before pick up the car. Prepaid could not be refund

  3.     Khmer Riels (KHR) is the official currency in Cambodia. US dollar is widely accepted in the country.

  4.     Exchange rate is around KHR 4,200.00 = USD 1.00

  5.     Payment and pre-authorization shall be made before pick up the vehicle
